Usage: Use the eye patches after cleansing your face, toner, and/or serum. Take one sheet at a time from the packaging using the included tweezers. Place a sheet under one eye and hold it there with one hand. Try to adjust the groove of the sheet to the outer part of the eye. Then stick the sheet under the eye with the other hand.

Yes. You have 15 calendar days after receipt to notify your withdrawal, without giving any reason. Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
Do you have an account? Then requesting a return via your orders is the fastest way. No account? Send us an e-mail at info@lexcentrique.com. For a return that is not our fault, the return cost is €8.95.
No. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed products such as cosmetics, fragrances and care products cannot be returned once the seal or protective film has been broken or the product has been used.
For logistical reasons we do not exchange products. You can however request a return under the return conditions and then place a new order; your refund is processed to the payment method used.
