Returns policy

At L'Excentrique (a trade name of Cobofam Comm. V.) you shop with full confidence. Below you can read how to return an item.

Right of withdrawal (15 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The period expires 15 calendar days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item.

How do you register a return?

Register your return via your account ("Request a return") or by contacting us at info@lexcentrique.com. You may also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Send the items back without delay, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days after communicating your decision.

Return costs

• In case of a damaged or incorrect delivery (our fault) we bear the return costs and refund the original shipping costs.
• For returns for other reasons, the return cost of €8.95 is borne by the Customer; in addition you bear the original shipping costs in that case.
• In case of incorrect address details entered by the Customer, the actual costs are charged.

Condition of the items & hygiene

Return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and with the seal intact. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed products (such as cosmetics, fragrances and care products) cannot be returned once the seal or protective film has been broken after delivery, or the product has been opened or used.

Refund

We refund you within a maximum of 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method as your original payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received all items back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned them. Please note: if, due to the return, your order value falls below €75 (the free-shipping threshold), the shipping cost of €8.95 is deducted from your credit note.
