Cica is a short term for the word CENTELLA ASIATICA (many products from KRX contain this ingredient, but this home care line contains the highest percentage of CICA). This ingredient is known for its healing, soothing, and softening properties. In the past, this ingredient was used as a treatment for burns and wounds. After facial treatments with downtime, it is highly recommended to suggest this set to your client.
The amount in the bottles (which can last 2-4 weeks) is aimed at achieving prompt healing and recovery. Some clients, especially those with skin issues such as severe acne and aging skin, may continue to use their own skincare after the recovery period, but they can also continue to use this line. This home care is highly recommended after laser treatments, peels (green sea peel & chemical peels), more intensive treatments with downtime/recovery, PD-13 therapy, and much more. Clients can use this care set with peace of mind after their treatment.

2: A clay Mask and Cleanser in one. A highly hydrating, soothing, and restorative formula from KRX Aesthetics. Suitable for all types of skincare and recommended as aftercare for facial treatments, especially those with downtime or recovery, to protect, heal, and soothe the skin. A very rich cream that hydrates, creates a barrier, and strengthens, soothes, and restores the skin. Very suitable for daily use for skin with eczema, psoriasis, allergies, and dryness.
3: Gentle serum 15 ml. A water gel serum that helps to retain moisture, aiding the skin in recovery and quick restoration.
4: Cream 25g Cream for all day.

Yes. You have 15 calendar days after receipt to notify your withdrawal, without giving any reason. Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
Do you have an account? Then requesting a return via your orders is the fastest way. No account? Send us an e-mail at info@lexcentrique.com. For a return that is not our fault, the return cost is €8.95.
No. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed products such as cosmetics, fragrances and care products cannot be returned once the seal or protective film has been broken or the product has been used.
For logistical reasons we do not exchange products. You can however request a return under the return conditions and then place a new order; your refund is processed to the payment method used.
